Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located oasis. Positioned in the heart of the Highlands, you will have walkability to numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and parks. A quick five minute commute or bike ride on the neighborhood path will take you to downtown Denver and all major music venues/sports stadiums. This four bedroom, two bathroom home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, large backyard, sunroom, workspace, and fitness studio.
The whole home is yours to enjoy! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home will have everything you need for your stay. There are two living room areas with TV's, a dining room with the capacity to seat 8 people and a fully stocked kitchen for you to cook meals. With a sunroom patio and an expansive backyard enclosed by a tall, private fence, you can take advantage of the 300 days of sunshine we experience in Denver. We provide books and board games, as well as a baby gate, high chair and pack n play for a convenient stay for families. We also have a yoga studio that can be used for stretching or working out.
*please note: we have a few locked closets with our personal belongings, this is our home when we are not traveling.

Summary: We came for the Chsaa state wrestling tournament. Perfect location for access to the ball arena and anything downtown. This home was great for our family. We had our 16 year old son, 19 year old son and 21 year old daughter. Plenty of beds, clean house, well stocked, safe and cute neighborhood and great communication from our host…made sure our steps were safe when it snowed. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
